Conover Club Restaurant
Brunch is served in our Catskills restaurant, The Conover Club, Saturday and Sunday from 10 am–1 pm. Dinner service starts at 5 pm, Thursday–Sunday. Join us for nightly refreshments. Enjoy our dishes made with local New York ingredients from comfortable and relaxing seating either at our bar, in the dining room, or on the outdoor porch, when the weather allows. Mealtimes at the Conover Club lead to quick friendships and jovial humor.
Rise & Shine Coffee Shop
Welcome the day with coffee, espresso drinks, and a seasonal selection of both hot and cold breakfast foods. Coffee is served hot and fresh from our friends at Partners Coffee. Bagels are supplied by local New York favorites, Grizzly Bagels. Refresh yourself with light bites, snacks, and refreshments when you wake up in the Hills.
