Located in the heart of the property and built in 1905, the Boarding House is the place where your adventure begins and ends. The ground floor of the Boarding house is home to our lobby, Rise & Shine Coffee, and the Conover Club, with guest rooms housed on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors. In addition to the views of the rolling hills and grounds, our guest rooms are designed to balance the timeless craftsmanship of the historic building with modern touches, all with comfort being paramount.
Boarding House
Located in the upper levels of the Boarding House, our King Rooms are composed of natural aesthetics inspired by our region with original hardwood flooring, locally crafted touches, and modern amenities intentionally curated for your convenience. Plush bedding, a modern bathroom, and expansive windows keep the creature comforts luxurious and adventures a moment away.

At 360 square feet, our Boarding House King Suite are set on the third floor of the Boarding House, the King Suite offers the ultimate in comfort decorated in sage and saffron hues and bespoke furnishings. In addition to the corner views and plush King-sized bed, the expansive room houses a sitting area, soft couches, a coffee table and even a writing desk of your own.
